    Hello! The pergola is lined with a UV protected Perspex material. It is water proof, and offers UV protection from the sun. The perspex is available in many colors. In this instance we chose clear with a slightly white filter.

      Hi Lauren, after reading your article, just thought you might be interested to see how we use perspex as a medium for artworks: suits both indoor and outdoor rooms - and high humidity environments as you mention. Utilizes the transparency of the medium to full effect!

      Thanks, this is great! I live in Malta and don't use my roof space because of the heat during summer months. The sun gets really hot and actually kills the plants, except for cacti and succulents. This has given me some great ideas.
