Catchup pruning plum tree

I'm looking for some guidance on pruning a plum tree for the first
time. (Pics attached) The tree is 3 years old. In the winter after
year 1, it was pruned by some helpful deer, so I let it go. Year 2 the
Japanese beetles came in droves, so I put up some netting, which bent a
couple of the branches slightly. So... what should I prune in this
situation?
There are a couple of ones that seem obvious. There is a crossing
branch near the bottom, as well as one or two branches that are growing
inwards. There are a couple of itty bitty ones growing towards the
bottom. Otherwise, I'm a little stuck...
