My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What did you use for the treads? It looks like you have some sort of inset material like tile.

    Thanks for inquiring about the staircase. This project was fabricated using wrought iron steel. The treads are steel pans. Someone else placed the tread material after the install. Please feel free to contact let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
