My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wood trim

I love the wood trim but live in wrong climate and do not have the budget or time to upkeep. Is there any other option out there that will give me a similar look without the cost and without looking really cheep?

    You could use a paint grade material and select a paint color in the honey tone. That might work. Thanks!

    I wish I could find the color, I did this house years ago and I can't find the color sheet. It's was a Kwalu paint color, something similar would be Ben Moore Sandy Brown 1046 or Deer Path 1047.
