Ordering Tubs/Sinks/Faucets Online

Hello,

Has anyone ever ordered a tub/sink/faucet online? If so, what was your experience with the quality of the product once it arrived? I have found so many good deals on websites such as Houzz, Wayfair, Overstock, etc. but am weary that the prices are too good to be true. Thanks.

We ordered all our faucets, sinks, toilets, shower heads and related hardware (soap dispensers, slide bars, trim kits, control valves, pot filler, etc.) from Faucetdirect.com and Amazon when we built our house about 4 years ago. Most of it was from Faucetdirect (10 sinks, 4 toilets, all shower fixtures, toilets, some of the faucets). We had no problems with either online purchase. We stuck with good quality brands (Kohler, Toto, Newport Brass, and Delta), but ordered one sample first if weren't sure (Danze faucet). We definitely saved some money and are happy with our purchases. Good luck!

I've ordered garbage disposal, under the sink water filtration, light fixtures, soap dispenser, sink & faucet from build.com without any problems. When I've had to return something, it wasn't a problem. As long as you are buying a name brand there shouldn't be a problem. It you are buying an unbranded item, I don't know

I love Wayfair they are great to deal with my only problem with ordering a tub on line is i don’t get to try it for comfort but i have in the past been able to find a tub in ashop the same and test drive before ordering from Wayfair.

It's good to hear from someone who has ordered from Wayfair! I actually found the tub on their site. Houzz has it as well but I believe there are a few 100 dollars difference in the price.

I have also used FaucetDirect and Build.com. Pleased with both and encouraged to hear Wayfair is good too.
