I have a lucky bamboo that was a gift a little over a year and a half ago, and it has thrived on my desk at work. Its stalks are all interwoven. A few weeks ago, I noticed that all the little twist ties holding it in shape seems to be getting too tight and damaging the stalks, so I cut them off, and placed a few new looser ones one to encourage it to hold its shape. In the last few days, I noticed that some of the stems don't seem to be doing so well. Some of them seem to have gotten a bit wrinkly, and one has a thin yellow line starting about a third of the way up and going to the top. Did I ruin it?
