My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Thanks! It's 4 bedrooms (one we use as an office) and no basement but there is a bonus room above the garage which serves as the playroom/movie room.

That is great, we are about to have our second daughter in about a week and need four bedrooms. What is the square footage? Mind if I build one just like it in Ohio? :-)
