Well, the OP wasn't a vision of clarity. It said this:

"Upper cupboard in the kitchen... Very long cupboard 6ft... What is this?"

I decided to think outside the box. To some, any cabinet that isn't resting on the floor may be an "upper cupboard". And it doesn't specify if the 6-foot length is horizontal or vertical, so . . .

I was also guessing ironing board....but have never seen a 6 foot ironing board. And if it started at 32 inches, making allowances for an older house, and went to the ceiling....that would mean 9 foot ceilings.
But still never seen a 6 foor built in ironing board.

It will remain a mystery to the ages.

I'm appalled at all the mockery here. Show some respect. After all this forum received Heidi Ho's last words before she was evidently done in by the THING in the cupboard. Now her body is no doubt resting in that 6 ft space, slowly being consumed by the thing. RIP Heidi. We will miss you.

As I recall, Cassandra had the gift of prophecy, but no one believed her. However, she may be right in this case as there is no evidence of further posts by Heidi since the initial cryptic message.
