Help! What are these trees?

I moved to Florida about a year ago and finally got settled into a new home. However the land that I moved into the yard was allowed to just grow for about 5 years. I'm not native to Florida and have no idea what these are! Should they stay or should they go? Thats one of my questions. Oh and what the heck are they? Raintrees? And if I keep them do I need to cut them back? I'm at a loss...

This next one is growing on my neighbors property but hangs over the fence in my yard by a good 4-5 foot. What is it?

Last but not least I have some kind of orange or citrus tree? Any help that could be given is greatly appreciated. I want to start cleaning up my fence line but I'm not sure where to start. Thank you!

Your local extension office will likely be very happy to help you. Take these photos, and some closeups of bark, leaves, flowers and fruit on your phone.

Some hibiscus? Other poplar or sycamore? In any case, you need to do some pruning and probably eradication. An easy rule to pruning, don't take off more than 1/3 of the foliage. Branches than grow down, not up can be removed. In the middle of the tree, any branches that grow towards the inside can be removed. Any branches that are touching and crossing each other, one can be removed. I would "limb up" these trees so that you don't have large branches growing at less than chest height. Oh, and your cooperative extension service has the information you need.
