All art is too high. Don't hang pictures even with the tops of windows or doorways.

No one can see your snapshots hung 7 feet off the ground.

Do not paint anything else. Offer a painting allowance for new owners.

As a Realtor, I suggest not painting it a color. Keep neutral. Buyers are very picky about paint color and a lot of people cannot see past colors. Don't offer a paint allowance up front. If it's dirty, wash the walls or repaint in a light neutral. The entry looks grand and beautiful. Play up that entry, make it shine! Keep it bright and fresh. Remove art that is hung high and hooks. Put the art at eye level, maybe over a small entry table with a lamp. The art looks interesting. Keep it simple.

You'll end up probably offering a carpet allowance if that's blue carpet. But dont offer it up front, depending on your market and where you're at. Your Realtor will advise you. Although it might be the only thing buyers notice right when they walk in if it's blue. I'd suggest new carpet on the stairs if so. You don't want anything confronting them right when they walk in, don't give them anything to complain about.

Your door is fine, unless it's weathered, if so sand and restain. Clean the house, hire a Stager, remember curb appeal. Save your money for potential repairs.

It looks like a lovely foyer. I would not paint it a color, just make sure the walls and baseboard are clean, no scuffs etc. I would remove all the wall decor, and replace them with the picture you have hanging over the other doorway. Remove the hooks (?) above the doorway and do not replace that picture with anything.

That stairway carpet needs a cleaning more important than wasting time and money on paint , clean , clean ,clean and declutter and IMO i would just leave all the art that is hung wrong to save the hassle of filling and painting over holes
