    Hi Bob,

    Ah - i now see this question as well as your other emails. Im sorry but as I am located in Melbourne Australia I have absolutely no idea what the costs would be to you or how to supply to you in Utah I suggest you speak with an architect or designer in your area or surrounds who will be able to help you source products & craftsman to put a similar fire surround together for you.
