Master bath sink selection- input sought

My masterbath will have a long trough-like sink with 2 faucets. There are three that I am considering:

Duravit vero - this sink is 39"*18.5*5.5 The 18.5 is a bit misleading as this sink has a tap platform. Pros- love the size Love the idea of the tap platform. This is really my top pick except for the con- since this sink can be wall or countermount, the tap platform has an open chase in the back for access to the fittings. If this is sitting on my counter, will that be visible in the mirror? Any brilliant ideas about how I can address? Was wondering if I can do anything with the counter fabrication??

Wetstyle Cube this is a countertop sink, it is 36*15*4, the drain is in the back the base is sloped toward the drain Cons= price, not only is the most expensive sink, it also requires that I use taller taps which of course cost more. Pros- this sink is a great size and the angled sides mimic tub very nicely.

Nameeks Gaia - this sink can be drop in or countertop. It is 34.5* 15.5*6.1. It is vitreous china, it has 5* rating on Wayfair with 41 review. Cons it is the smallest in length(making the two taps closer together- however we never use the bathroom at the same time)

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Of the three, I prefer the last one that is under mount for several different reasons.

To me, it's prettier and has a more timeless look to it.

I'm not a fan of the top mounts, I don't care for the way they look and from what I've heard, their installation can be more problematic in regards to leaks. I also wonder if they are more of a fad of sorts.

With an under mount cleaning the counters is going to be easier.

I'm short and for short people, those sinks are incredibly difficult to use, even if like those, they're not as tall as some can be. Something to consider if you ever need to sell I guess.

I also prefer undermount. If you do not mind a sink sitting on the counter then number two is pretty. It will only show in the mirror if the mirror is mounted that low.

Thank you for your input. I do agree that undermounts have a cleaning advantage. In my kitchen I would only have an undermount, I don't feel as strongly about it in the bathroom

I also would prefer an undermount sink. Here is one from wetstle that is 48"..maybe too big though? Also might be expensive.

Yes a 48 inch under mount would be too big.

Wetstyle has several sizes of the Cube in an undermount version. I have their Ove sink in a 36 inch undermount in my hall bathroom. Our remodel isn't finished yet, so I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it looks good.

Algeasea, did you get your Ove sink in matte or gloss? From whom did you purchase?

I think it's matte. I'll go over to the house and check. After trying to find it online and not having any luck with better pricing, I had my plumber get it through the local plumbing supply house he uses. Turns out they're the authorized dealer for Wetstyle in the area. The upside is if there are any problems, they'll take care of it.

I can't find the invoice for it, or I'd tell you what we paid, too. It was ordered separately from the rest of the fixture order after my first choice was unavailable. It wasn't easy to find a 36" undermount trough sink at a price I was comfortable with. As often happens in building and remodeling, as time dragged on with no sink, I adjusted my comfort level to get what I wanted in this bathroom.

Here's a photo. It looks like it might be gloss, after all.

Algeasea- that looks beautiful. What did you use for your countertop? All the white quartzes are starting to the same to me.

One more question for you: what size cabinet is it installed in, did you have to notch the cabinet sides to get it to fit?

The quartz is Cambria White Cliffs. The cabinet is custom and built to take a trough sink. I think it's 60" long and 21" deep.

TY Algeasea- truly beautiful. I hope you will do a reveal when you are finished!

I think I finally figured out my sink- I am going with the LaCava 5258, it is not a vessel but still has some presence via a pronounced on counter, very square edge.

    That's a gorgeous sink.
