Your space and furniture is lovely but you are lacking color to add personality and drama. Add some pillows with saturated colors like deep blues ( or teals) , oranges, r reds or yellows. I would suggest a colorful rug for under your dining table that will wake up that space.

Pull whatever color you decide on in the area rug to your pillows on your sectional. You could also add color in your lampshades and in some decorative vases or a bowl on your tables.

Your dining area rug is too small. Also define the space with a different wall color over/under the chair rail. Put the mirror and pictures together and put the upholstered chairs at either end of the table and not against the wall.
