It's repotted in a mix of moss and bark. Mostly bark. When I repotted it 5 months ago, (which was the first time I had done so since I purchased the Orchid 5 years ago) I cut off a bunch of dead looking roots. There was very little root structure remaining after repotting. Over the last 5 months, it's regrown some roots, but the leaves still look bad. It seems that it may be dehydrated due to lack of ability for water intake. I also think the light conditions are too dim, because the leaves are fairly dark green. I am mostly wondering if this particular orchid is able to be saved, or if the effort is better spent on a new one.

Your orchid is not in good shape and the road back might take a couple of years. Did it flower for a few years after purchase? By all means purchase another plant but try and find how to set up ideal growing conditions for your climate and where you have the plant. There are a couple of other Phal threads down the page a bit that contain useful information.

You can try. I've brought back worse. But it needs more water and more light. Mist the plant's root area daily if you can, and get it into brighter light asap. It may rally.

Your plant does not look good. I would suggest repotting again into a smaller pot with good drainage. The plant is too low in the pot. The leaves look too dark, not enough light.

The limp leaves may never recover. Move the plant into a brighter window. Only water when almost dry. Don't mist. It is Spring. Days are longer. The plant should respond to the higher light levels and warmth. But repot or raise the plant higher in the pot.

That's my suggestion and opinion.
