Reno or new build? If reno, it makes it a different set of issues than building a kitchen for what I assume is a small space from scratch.

I think that once you post the picture of the space, it will take me a day or two to make the space amazing. Any preferences on the style?

The refrigerator is on the right of the photo and the dishwasher would be where the cabinet is on the way left.

Awesome styles. I'll get right and it will be done hopefully by the end of today.

I made the space into a functional beautiful room that is shared with the kitchen. I put the buffet in the room for you, it replaced the desk. Then I put a nice window seat where the table was, so it would put a nice touch and contrast to the room.

have to check dementions,like the idea,what about sink and stove,thought about making the island bigger,if I take the entry wall down bit,also thought go pantry where frig is

What kind of flooring is good these days?

Mainly wood flooring. Some people do laminate wood flooring, which is cheap, but wood flooring looks way better and is more durable. Laminate wood flooring is around 2-5 dollars a foot. While wood is around 8-16 dollars a foot.
