Vitis coignetiae or Crimson Glory Vine may be your best option. It does fruit but I don't believe in abundance. Superb Autumn colouring before the leaves fall. It does seem to be widely available in the UK but not sure about elsewhere. Alternatively Golden Hop has beautiful lime green Grapevine-like foliage but tends to die back to ground level every year. Established plants can grow 3m+ in a season though.
