We are debating whether to put a new railing up or enclose the balcony area to extend the second floor footprint.
Thoughts on what option we should do? I like the idea of extra sq footage but my husband likes having the opening. We have a 6 week old and I feel like having it enclosed would be better. If we enclose it we may not be able to match the flooring - ideas on what to do about that are welcome too.
Or if you think we should do just a new railing, what type do you think would look good? Thanks!
