Ham croquettes. A few months ago, I had this app in Mexico and my mouth is watering just thinking about them.

Ham and Hawaiian roll sliders. They are easy and yummy, but maybe a bit heavy to eat right before going out for a meal.

What about simple ham & asparagus rollups?

Ham is so easy to bake and serve... could you just prepare one for him for brunch at home?

I was going to suggest asparagus rollups, but would use proscuitto instead of ham.

Reminds me of a fellow at work who was talking about xmas and says his wife does it all up with a ham and a turkey at dinner. I asked, "Which are you?"

For ham-wrapped asparagus bundles, those slices in the pics above are too thick. Very thin sliced ham, even shaved, is a better foil for asparagus even if you have to use several of thinner slices. IMO tavern ham is the best, nothing sweet or "honey" flavored.

Asparagus, ham and poached egg makes a lovely first course.

Ham wraps a lot of things. Pickles are a favorite game day treat here. Mini ham quiches are perfect for Easter!!
