Thank you for your quick reply! I need something smaller, and I will call you. My daughter and son-in-law are also planning to build soon and they are interested in a Craftsman style or a Farmhouse style. Do you also have something in the Farmhouse style? Thanks again!

This house is about 3200sf, and it's on a 65' wide lot (most lots here are about 50' wide). But we did another variation of this house in Michigan that's on a 50' wide lot, with a detached garage.

I do have something more farmhouse style, but because every house is custom, it may not fit your exact size goal and site requirements. But we have other plans that can be adjusted to the exterior is farmhouse instead of Tudor or Craftsman or whatever. So let's discuss. I'd be happy to help you and your daughter!
