Water pipe sizing

I noticed my new home had week flow going to my outside water faucet, and with further investigation this is my findings. 1" coming in from city supply. Drops to 3/4 right after the meter. I noticed that the branches going to the bathrooms and even the kitchen sink and dish washer drop to 1/2". The branch going to the outside faucet is 1/2" running about 20 feet, the a T for the cold water to the kitchen sink, and then a shut off valve to the outside faucet. While reading some other information, it seems that people are saying the 3/4" should go all the way to a T that is 3/4 3/4 1/2. Example going to the out side faucet, would I benefit by replacing the 1/2" branch with 3/4" then using a 3/4 3/4 1/2 T for the sink, and then 3/4 with a shut off, to the outside faucet? As well as I am considering changing the bathroom feeds from 1/2" up to 3/4" and doing the same by putting in 3/4 3/4 1/2 T's for the sinks, tubs, toilet. Especially in my main bath that has 2 sinks and a garden tub. It takes forever to fill my tub.

Ideas, suggestions, or corrections to my plan is what i am looking for and if this improve flow to my outside faucet and showers/garden tub.

FYI this is a new build, and it is not copper pipe, but that new PEX piping.
