Very fragrant classic red rose

My mother planted it and I am trying to propagate this wonderfully fragrant classic red rose via air layering. I don't know anything at all about roses. This one was neglected and almost a gonner. Somehow, I've been able to revive it by acidifying the soil with a little epsom salt / 20-20-20 / used coffee grounds / water / love. Now she's blooming 8 buds at a time! Does anyone know the name? Thanks!!
