Furniture Arrangement Help

Here is a
floor plan of my sister's 21' x 15' den. She just remodeled her kitchen and
opened the wall to this room and has counter height seating on the island. She
needs a dining table and sitting area with TV in this room. The cable,
etc for the TV was installed on the door wall to the left of the
window. She has an oval DR table (without leaves 65"x41")
with 8 chairs, an 81" sofa and 42" wide chair that all need to stay
for the for now. How to best set it up?? All help appreciated.

The room is interesting.Where was the TV before the remodel? Can you put it back there?

Otherwise I would try TV on wall between two windows, sofa facing TV about ten feel away with a chair on each corner of the sofa. Put the dining table on the wall where the entry door is.

Or

Put tv over fireplace sofa with sofa back to the two window wall and chairs side by side facing the TV with their backs to the kitchen area. Leave dining table on wall with one window and entry door.

Try taping either of these ideas if you like them out on floor and see what will fit. TV placement needs to some first for easy viewing then sofa for comfort. Fill in with chairs and dining set. Just ideas nothing in cement. haha!

Please realize that for a SMALL fee the wiring can be changed out for the TV. I cannot imagine how you can put a TV by an operable door?

No TV was in room before. New wiring is on the 6'6" wall to right of island. I know I told her we will have to play around with tape and newspaper as soon as they finish sanding the floors.
