My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The sofa is by Kravet, and the Theater chairs are by Stanford Furniture. The red leather is custom. Kravet is available through an interior designer, and if you contact Stanford they will be able to direct you to a retailer in your area. Good luck with your project!
