They will benefit from transplanting into their own individual pots. Most try to transplant as soon as they have first set of true leaves. So it may be past time if the roots are already tangled and you will have to use some care. At that size - 4" tall - I'd put them into 6" pots or the equivalent. Still far too small to go in 15 gallons.

Scott, your decision on pot size should be based on your facility that will provide light for the plants. If you only have 1-3 of each of the varieties mentioned you likely could transplant into quart pots and still fit under 4 shoplights but if you have more plants I would keep the plant "Footprint" smaller by first using smaller pots.

I typically transplant from trays to 48 cell packs ( 48 plants in a 10"×20" tray). That is typically a 6 to 7 fold increase in footprint. After 3 to 4 weeks when I transplant from cell packs to 4" pots my footprint is so big that plants fill a small greenhouse. If you are transplanting into gallon or larger pots you probably should be moving plants to their final destination.

WOW, I envy you. We've had a warmer than normal March so far but that may be bad for fruit trees and other perennials that break dormancy early. We have many freezing spring nights ahead of us.

Believe me it is not all that great. It was 87 on christmas so winter crops were a disaster this year. Nobody around here can remember a hotter summer than last year and it already looks to be worse. I planted cucumbers and went out the next day after a heavy watering only to find them completely flat and wilted on the soil so now I have to water everything twice a day and maybe more. Next week we fall to the mid 70s for a few days and I hope my peas last until then. At least the nights are decent in the 70s. I have one volunteer tomato plant I found in a meyer lemon container and transplanted it to a 15 gallon smart pot and it has a baby tomato so that much is exciting especially since I have no idea what it is yet.
