Can you please tell me the difference between the floors in the Vaucluse Residence as compared to the floors in the Northern Beaches Residence, both product and process? One seems to be smoother without gradations in color, why is that?

This polished cement is self smoothing with the intention of minimal trowel marks whereas the Northern Beaches is a 2mm hard trowelled floor, more like a "scratch coat". A client's vision will determine which product, techniques and level of polishing we utilize to create the final floor.
