My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Linda,

    It's actually a machine made rug, but has a great 1" pile height of soft acrylic. It's made in China!

    Ok great, so the dimensions are as stated. Two more concerns, does the rug have the chemical smell often found in products from China? Also is the rug a true Ivory, off white, no yellow or beige? Thank you so much for your prompt reply.

    Linda,

    I've never had any complaints about a chemical smell with the rug. The actual Ivory tone is tough to say as I'm not with the rugs (they are in the warehouses they ship from.) However, the undertone can change even with the individual dye lot of the rug, and also with the lighting in your room. If the color didn't work for you, you can always return the rug for a full refund, but you do pay return shipping.
