We have the same system and during a snow storm with wind, which is mostly the case, we get snow coming in through the bottom frame where the panels do not fit tightly. The neoprene seals on the glass work fine. We were told that the system was not hermetically sealed but we did not expect snow drifts. Do you have the same problem?
