I have a lovely Edi Moragne with three sets of seed pods. Each set is somewhat different in color and has been since they first appeared. One set is a deep ox blood red. One set is a green color. The third set is a combination of the first two. The mother plant sits amid 17 other potted plumerias that bloomed last year. Do the different seed pod colors have anything to do with the genetic makeup of the seeds?
