They look like Plain Sawn Oak floors with a site finished custom stain. White Oak would be ideal for this project.

Michelle - great to hear from you via Houzz! Oak & Broad is correct that the floors are White Oak with a field applied stain. These floors are solid oak in lieu of an engineered wood product and were finished with a Satin finish.
