Solar shades in a 10% value are always my go to for this purpose.

Hey There: It really depends how you want to use the uv roller shades. Do you have new are fairly new windows, then the glass is already filtering out most of the uv light (check with the manufacturer of your windows). In this case, you would only need window treatments that give you privacy and light management - and that do dress up your room. Good Luck
