Here's my Whitney now :) it has a lot of damage that happened in last Summer's hailstorm unfortunately but I still think it's beautiful :)

Bantel's Sensation. This plant is one of my favorites for sure! It's stunning :)

Here are a few plants that I actually bought lately :) I have avoided buying the super common varieties til now, I finally gave in and bought them just for kicks and giggles :)

This is just the plain old Sansevieria Trifasciata.

Here's Laurentii of course :)

And last, Futura Superba :)

All are absolutely beautiful damage or no. You certainly the eye for matching plants to pots. Several of my sans were damaged last year when outside for the summer either by scorching heat, critters, and an unexpected early freeze.

I too recently gave in and purchased several 'commoners'. Now that I have them they are quite beautiful.

Thank you for sharing your stunning collection. I enjoy seeing what others have even though it occasionally causes the rise of a green eyed monster!

I hope mine fill out too, because the only reason they look full is because I cheated and added in more plants hahaha ;) I think picking the right pots is just as fun as picking the right plants! I'm so glad to hear that you're inspired by my planters! Please keep us updated on your collection! Also, yes, I do keep my sans outside during the spring, summer and fall, weather permitting of course. I keep them on the north side of my house in the early morning sun, rest of day shade. They seem to love being there :)

I am impressed. They look great. No Sans is common in your collection. I saw a all silver one not pictured. Can you show more and what it is? Mine look bad compared to yours. Nice growing. That B.S. deserves a blue medal.

Sans, do you ever find a pot that you love but it doesn't have a drain hole? Do you ever have to drill your own drain hole and if so, is it difficult? Your sans are absolutely gorgeous. And those pots . . . . . . .

Your collection is gorgeous. Every plant looks so healthy and well cared for, and each pot looks like it was selected perfectly for each plant. I love your Eve. I have seen a fair number of Eves where I live, but none of them looks even good enough to buy and nurse back to health. Having one like yours is one of my goals. Yours is so full and robust, just bursting with health. I'm envious. Thank you for taking all the photos and sharing.

Thank you as well for the kind words! I always make sure the pots I buy have pre drilled holes, but the white pot had a hole that didn't go all the way through; I realized after I brought it home. I just used a cement drill bit (I know I know, I was too lazy to change bits haha) and it worked like a charm. It wasn't hard at all, so I would imagine it would be easy to just drill your own holes from the get go.

I know how you feel about the Eve's, I kept seeing sickly ones at lowes, but a local nursery finally got in some nice looking ones, so I snatched them up in a heartbeat! Thank you :) Keep checking locally, it took me a long time to find silver queen but when I finally found it, it popped up in a few nurseries over the course of a year. It's kind of an old fashioned variety that seems to have gone the way of water beds and lava lamps lol.
