My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what type of wood is use for this deck? What is the cost if one decides on composite material?

    This deck and pergola was constructed out of Redwood. You can up grade to a composite material for the deck however the overhead pergola still needs to be constructed from Redwood or a similar Outdoor wood material. The price upgrade for decking from Redwood to Composite is about 35% more.
