I know you'll get some great ideas on paint colors, and I know you're planning to remove the carved shrubs, but the single shutter on the window over the garage is what is most disconcerting. Let's see what others have to say.

Is your siding wood? If so I would suggest painting the horizontal running wood the same color and the vertical running wood another. I agree that one shutter on the left is disconcerting and I would recommend losing all the shutters and go more modern.

I'm thinking the right blue/gray would work nicely with your roof color. Does that appeal to you?

Also, the white retaining walls lining the driveway have to be changed. Can you afford to face them with real or faux stone? If not, once you decide on house colors, you can paint them - color TBD.

The garden bed, will look great with a cottage garden look. And choose a color theme like red & wine garden, or white garden, etc.

Background: Reblooming / once flowering shrub such as: wiegela or spirea or lilacs or maybe landscape roses like double knockout

Middle: OT lilies (with intense fragrance) & herbaceous Peonies (for late spring color) & tall phlox

Front: lavenders or catnips
