This table is made from reclaimed pine. No assembly is required of you as we deliver White Glove. The table is placed in your room of choice, assembled if necessary and all debris removed.

I have read that pine is a soft wood and imprints easily. Is that true of this table as well? Children do homework at the kitchen table, but we do not want their work to forever be etched in the wood. LOVE the table and hope it could be the one. Thank you:)

Given this wood is made from reclaimed material it will already have some character marks throughout. Any wood surface has the ability to transfer writing onto it indelibly. We always recommend a table pad with any wood table to protect it from everyday wear and tear and especially when hosting dinners to protect from hot containers.
