Hanging two horizontal pictures

Hello! I have two 24x30 horizontal frames, that I need to hang on the same wall. They will be over the back of a couch, so ideally, they'll need to hang in a horizontal (or slightly off) design. I'm wrecking my brain trying to think of different ways to style this to break up the horizontal monotony...any suggestions?

1. One on top of the other. 2. One beside the other. 3. Staggered with the left one being lower and the right one a little higher. Depends on how wide your couch is and how wide your wall is. Everyone tells me pictures over the couch should be at eye level. Good luck.

Do not stagger the height it is IMO one of the worst faux pas

Contact a local furniture store or gallery and get the advice of a professional picture hanger. They can come out and do it for you. It's relatively inexpensive snd really worth it. You will learn a lot from them too.
