So sorry, I am truly technologically impaired and the picture was inadvertently sent before I was finished. Yes the lawn looks terrible but believe it not, it is not from neglect. We are on severe water restrictions most of the summer and the large pine tree stops anything from growing underneath it. Our neighbours may not seem significantly visible from this photo, but they really are and the property line offer s little privacy.

10 years agoYou might consider taking out the lawn and installing drought tolerant plants that attract birds, bees and butterflies. A Smart drip system too.
