over wintering autumn cuttings

Hi there. I wondered if anyone could offer some advise please. We have recently purchased some fuchsias - mainly trailing swing time and it made me think to when one year I took quite a few cuttings and kept them in a heated greenhouse over winter . we have since moved and now have a lager greenhouse but un heated . would it be ok to take cuttings in late summer and bring them indoors to survive the winter. Then hopefully have lots if growth by say Jan /Feb to take more cuttings. I've always wondered how nursery's have such healthy big plants already by mid march. Thanks in advance
