HELP...PLEASE Need Help with Basement/ Playroom

Hello All,

I am having trouble deciding what to do with my basement/ playroom area. Husband wants a sports theme, meaning an all Atlanta, Ga sports theme (football, baseball...blah). Kids want a play area and I would like to incorporate some stylish things. How can we incorporate all three? Just to give some information on the things we already have: Behr grey walls- Anonymous on 3 walls and Behr Dark Granite on fireplace wall. Tan sofa, 2 club chairs, and Criss Cross rug. I love the neutral colors Tans, whites, greys and colors in the aqua/ turquoise family and would love to incorporate it somehow. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! ~Cris

I kinda like these pillows, but maybe not all together. How do you think this will look with the rug? Too girly, since I have to share a room with my husband 2 boys and little girl? Hopefully I can try to incorporate this with the sports things too.

Can u post pics of your room? That would be helpful. Do you have the black club chairs and rug already? It would also help to see the shade of tan that your sofa is. Thanks!

i love your ideas and color scheme!
How large is your room?
I'm wondering if you can give hubby 1 corner of the room for himself--mancave--where he can do whatever he wants in that corner!! (as long as it's safe and sanitary:)
Then you can have the rest of the areas to play and decorate however you like!

Love your color scheme! I don't know if your tv will be above your fireplace, but this TV unit is a stylish way to store all things TV related including video games, movies, music, and whatever else seems necessary. Thank you all for the ideas! Yes, Jayme I have the rug and am awaiting the club chairs in Espresso. The sofa I already have and plan on keeping is close to the bottom photo you added. What pillows would you suggest with the Criss Cross rug?

In the top pic the pillows with the large "squares" on them would tie in your rug/grey (I would try to incorporate some grey) colors in the room..and then maybe some plain turquoise also if u still plan on accessorizing with it?
