My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Undercount or drop in for kitchen sink

So confused-- this is new for me -- have always lived with drop in kitchen sinks and was about to try an under-mount stainless steel kitchen sink (for good reasons)

but now seeing a few post about mold and the difficulty in keeping under-mount clean? Help!
