No, it is too late. You could, in theory, stratify them longer but spring temperatures are too high for germination. If you can get hold of fresh seeds in June, sow them immediately and they will germinate while still green and sticky- they have not gone into dormancy and will germinate within 2 weeks. I do this every year with various primulas. Once dried, they go into dormancy and need a full 3month stratification. However, keep your seed in pots outside - the seed will still be viable and will germinate early next spring to flower the following year..

You may still find you get some germination - if nothing by late April, just put the pots somewhere safe (and labelled) and leave them for a year - these seeds have a lengthy viability (unlike apiaceae or some grasses for example) - if not this year, you will get germination next year.
