First, this bar stool has a lock for the desired position or not? Also, is it possible for delivery in Canada?

Hello Stéphan V,

The Adjustable Hand-Crank Bar Stool does not include a lock-in place mechanism. Friction from the hand crank itself prevents the stool's height from lowering when sat on.

Currently, we are only able to ship to and within the continental United States.
