Probably not without moving them, some iris can get away with a little less sun, but others need it. Also, does it get any competition from other perennials that might cover the base of the plant. If so, you might try clearing out around it. I had an orange iris growing in full sun with weak curvy stalks. It was amid perennials that were crowding the base of the plant. I moved it into a dedicated iris bed & it has done much better there. The extra tall stalks still occasionally flop, not as often though, previously they would break off & were almost all curvy as you describe.

There are no other perennials nearby, so perhaps it is the lack of sun.

I think some iris just are weak stemmed, maybe shouldn't have been introduced in the first place.
