I haven't, but I would think it's a waste of vermicompost at best. The purpose of soaking is to get water in past the seed coat to wake the seeds from dormancy, not to provide nutrition. Seeds contain their own starter nutrition in the endosperm and don't really benefit from additional nutrition until they at least have cotyledons and start photosynthesizing. Most people try to keep the seed starting environment relatively sterile until then, actually, as any nutrients can provide food for fungi that could cause damping off, attract pests like fungus gnats, etc.

I was gonna say the same but didn't think anyone here would believe me.

Except for those who have huge worm farms, vermicompost is precious. I'd rather use it on plants that I know will benefit from it.

Try some with tea and some without tea and watch for any differences in response.

There are some studies that show that some compost teas made in certain ways might protect against damping off when seedlings are watered with them. But I have no idea whether using it to soak seeds would do anything. The problem is that the biological makeup of any compost as well as tea made from that compost can vary so much that it's hard to study these things properly, and almost all the information on the benefits is based on conjecture.
