Peppers and eggplants and sweet potatoes all require much warmer soil temps than tomatoes do and are commonly planted some 2-4 weeks after tomato plants. Beans tend to fall in between tomatoes and the rest for planting time. bean seed rot in cool wet soils.

No way to for anyone to know what your soil temp would be at any given time without measuring it. My soil in normally warm enough by late May to plant them but I'd still check it first. And since I'm way south of you my soil temps would likely be very different from yours but a soil thermometer is the only way to know.

Generally early May for tomatoes and direct sow beans, and late May for the rest. Like Dave said they need warmer temps. Best thing to do is to use a soil thermometer, and check nighttime low forecast.

For tomatoes:

I would start with LFD as the starting bench mark. Then check the long term weather forecasts starting a week before LFD. If the night lows are over 38F (preferably 40F+) and day highs are over 55F (++), then I would start hardening off and planting.

SOIL TEMPS:

I would go with minimum of 45F but prefer 50F+.(do you have a meat thermometer ?)

With peppers and eggplants I would hold on for 2 to 3 more weeks after planting tomatoes.

In my experience potatoes and tomatoes are pretty cold tolerant. Right now in our backyard volunteer potatoes are up.They are the first cousin to tomatoes.
