Need recommendations for a fast growing shade tree

We have just graded our yard completely to start our garden from scratch. We had a great Lilly Pilly tree but it was badly diseased and badly neglected leading to foliage on one side and not the other. Need recommendations for replacing it please. I want something that is fast growing, non-deciduous and can set up a table and chairs under. Height preferably under 10m
