Need help with Chainsaw please

hello, I am in need of a little help...a lot if you ask my wife lol. I have taken ownership of my late fathers chainsaw its a craftsman model 358.354830 The numbers on the side of the case are 3.7/18 I am attaching two photos. The fuel lines are so brittle I barely touch them and they fall apart so replacing them is the first step in cleaning and getting it back in shape. Question 1 is how do I get the fuel tank out to replace the lines. This may pose a problem if the answer involves the screw that the screwdriver is pointing at....I cant get that one out and its beginning to strip. If that is the case any suggestions on how to get that screw out? Thank You,

One other question on my chainsaw question again its a craftsman <phone> .7/18 when I received this chainsaw it was sitting in a pool of oil, this is worrisome for me, the saw worked prior to my fathers passing. I suspect it has not been touched in over 6 years hence the reason the fuel lines are so brittle. My plan is to do a full service on it ie fluids and fuel lines plug an wire. Anything else you would recommend? Oh, one of the springs that operates a clutch on the flywheel fell apart when I was cleaning the grease off the flywheel. how hard will it be to replace that spring? Bear in mind I am not a mechanic kind of learning this on the fly lol, cant really afford to put it into the shop Thanks
