These were purchased by the owner long before we remodeled their home. I don't believe they were custom though.

Try Ballard Designs, Wisteria, Horchow, Serena and Lily, Garnet Hill, RH. Here's one that's pretty close (but you have to be willing to deal with RH's silly and snooty "member pricing" - they're such a ridiculous company!)
