My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this fabric for indoor/outdoor use?

Is the fabric fading and stain repellent like a Sunbrella fabric? How can I get a sample?

    This is not an outdoor fabric, and it has not been treated for stain repellency. The durability rating is 9,000 cycles, or medium residential upholstery use.
