Is my tomato plant OK?

I am concerned about the new growth on top. Looks small and odd to me. I am far from a pro and welcome the wisdom of the more experienced. Some stats: BBS Bonnie transplants, transplanted 13 March. Fertilized one time, 30 March, with liquid organic espoma (general purpose plant food called Gro(or something like that)). First time planting toms in this bed, which was filled July 15 with a mix of compost and soil. The bed was used prior fall/winter/spring to grow kale, broccoli, and radish. I don't use any pesticides or herbicides, ever. Lots of worms in the soil. 8b in Charleston, sc. Top plant is a Cherokee Purple. The bottom leaves seem so big and the leaves on top are tiny. We have had some odd weather, had a warm spell, hit 83 after plant out, then this past week or so much cooler with clouds. Thank you.

I honestly can't see anything wrong in the photos. New growth is always smaller than old growth but it keeps getting bigger.

It doesn't appear to be twisted or deformed that I can see which would indicate herbicide damage of some type - from drift or contaminated compost or mulch. Very different color in the rwo plants but that could just be the exposure?

For a second there, I seriously thought you somehow got into my yard and took pictures of my tomatoes. They look fine to me ;)

Re:. Digdirt2:. I think the difference in coloring is exposure. I'll take another look tomorrow at a different time of day and see if it changes. I will enjoy looking at them more knowing they are quite normal.
