My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Trying to choose carpeting

We're replacing the carpeting for our home for both the 2nd floor bedrooms and hallway, and a basement room. We're in the process of getting a quote from 2 different contractors. With one, we like their Beaulieu Bliss FF101 Memory Lane carpet, which is made of Tryelle filament polyester. With the other contractor, we're looking at using the Dreamweaver cosmopolitan, which has a 55 oz face weight, 6 twist and 2500 density, and is a solution dyed BCF. Sorry I don't have that level of detail for the Beaulieu one.
Any suggestions on what to choose or any tips about these carpets?
